Business Summary

Atlas Resources engages in two main business activities. Firstly, the import & export of, and trade in, dense fuel sources, including coal, briquettes, refractory material, and associated business activities. Secondly, it is engaged in the transportation of coal, including the management and maintenance of transportation facilities to support coal mining activities and other related business activities.

In addition, the company also engages in a number of supporting activities, including the rental of equipment, vehicles, and other supporting infrastructure related to coal mining activities, and the provision of infrastructure to support mining activities, including renting equipment, vehicles, and other supporting infrastructure related to coal mining activities.

Atlas Resources' exploratory and production activities are conducted through six hubs:

 Kukar Hub, which consists of two mining concessions located in Kutai (East Kalimantan), covering a total area of almost 2,500 ha. This hub produces thermal coal, metallurgical coal and high calorie thermal coal.

Berau Hub, which consists of four mining concessions located in the Berau district (East Kalimantan), covering a total area of nearly 20,000 ha. This hub produces thermal coal for exports to markets in Northern Asia.

Kubar Hub, which consists of three mining concessions located in the West Kutai district (East Kalimantan), covering a total area of nearly 15,000 ha. This hub produces metallurgical coal and high-calorie thermal coal.

Oku Hub, which consists of three concessions located in South Sumatra, covering a total area of 23,840 ha. This hub produces low-calorie steam coal in order to fulfil the demand of domestic market. powerplant and facility in India, Kores, China and others.

Muba Hub, which consists of five concessions covering a total area of more than 41,000 ha in the Musi Rawas district and the Musi Banyuasin district (South Sumatra). This hub produces thermal coal in order to meet demand of new generation powerplants.

Papua Hub, which consists of two concessions covering a total area of 100,000 ha. This hub is currently being developed for future activities.
