Business Summary

Initially focused on the textile business, Delta Dunia Makmur’s primary business changed to commercial and industrial property development in 2008. However, after completing the acquisition of BUMA in 2009, the company’s key business strategy changed again; this time to coal mining services.

In October 2012, the company acquired two coal mining companies with coal mining concessions in East Kalimantan and Jambi (with a total area of 7,742 hectares and 3,500 hectares).
